Account Registration

Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Jaya7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Jaya7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported. There are no currency conversion fees — your account balance is held and displayed in BDT at all times.

The minimum deposit on Jaya7 is ৳20. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by Jaya7, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Jaya7 account instantly in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Jaya7 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your Jaya7 account, the deposit may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

Jaya7 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their standard transaction charges. Check with your provider for their current fee schedule.

Jaya7 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion directed at the player. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the deposit being held until verification is complete.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Jaya7 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This means if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be sent to your bKash account. Jaya7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Jaya7 is ৳100. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. Jaya7 will communicate any delays to the affected player.

  • Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed at least one deposit on Jaya7.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
  • Jaya7 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where the name does not match the Jaya7 account holder's name.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension and Closure
